I am La’Wanda Maxwell the CEO of Career Destination Coaching. I am passionate about helping young professionals attain the careers they desire. I understand the struggles of desiring a certain lifestyle for your life and not knowing the steps to attain it. Trying to figure it out on your own is time consuming, defeating, and tiresome. As your career concierge, I provide a luxury experience for my clients that helps them discover their career goals and create road maps to arrive at their career destination

I am a certified career coach through Coach Training Alliance (a program accredited by the international Coach Federation).  I hold a bachelors of psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and hanging with friends and family. I am from the breathtaking island of St Thomas, the U.S Virgin Islands and currently reside in Dallas, Texas.
